This year, we launched into a new frontier: consulting for clinical research using data and strategic insights as our leverage. The journey has been a rewarding and enlightening endeavor.
2024 LESSONS
The commonality of clinical research professionals and patient advocates. We share the same goal, the same fiery drive to make the world of healthcare a better place for everyone.
Among them were some notable categories:
the number of incredibly talented individuals starting a journey of understanding neurodivergence and how to be successful in clinical research
the depth of challenges faced by those with rare disease and researching rare disease
the depth of challenges faced by those with inclusivity needs
the fight of the unemployed in clinical research
The need for community AND communication in the clinical research community. Do we really understand what is needed?
Only through open communication across sectors can that happen
The varying meaning of connection: from authentic networking to the veiled sales pitch
The heavy burden of daily tasks for clinical research teams. It overwhelms their ability to research help, build support networks, and receive relief.
THE RESULT
We put substantial effort into including strategies for success, mental health, and avoiding burnout. Clinical research teams work hard and are determined to keep showing up to help patients. However, research sites are short-staffed with increasing requirements every day. CROs are balancing smaller teams with "working smarter" innovations. Drug and medical device manufacturers are trying to answer the need for new drugs with a process that can take up to 10 years for approval.
We put substantial effort into resharing relevant content, summarized to actionable insights. This included hard-to-distill rare disease research, regulatory updates, and the latest healthcare news. By adding value, rather than creating more to sort through, our clients could move forward quickly to their true priorities.
We put substantial effort into partnering with excellence. Our clients received customized solutions and analytical insights that did not require an expert interpreter on their team. We contributed everything through a regulatory lens with speed and quality. Our promise was people-first and we created a platform to deliver.
We look forward to helping clinical research even more next year! Contact us today to learn how we can help you.
